Image Animation on a 20X20 LED Matrix
This is a digital contol system designed and made for a fellow artist, Hege Tapio in Stavanger.
The matrix is now a permanent art installation running extremly small film sequenses in 'black and white' using a 20 by 20 pixels image size.
All images are embedded within an MS-DOS program running on a stripped-down 80486.

ONOMATOPOEIA, a sound painting
Experiment with 64 loudspeakers mounted in an 8x8 matrix covering a squared panel measuring 2 by 2 meters.
The panel was not covered by canvas nor did it present any image but the speakers themselves.
By simply moving the sound across the panel, the experiment was to see if the overall sound presented would be perceived as a 2-dimentional quality rather than a full 3-dimentional spatial quality.

POST Diagnostics ISA-8 Card
The POST verifies all the major subsystems of your PC.
If they appear live and well, the BIOS continues with the boot sequence. If any test fails, testing halts, and the byte value latched in I/O port 80h indicates what went wrong.
The problem is that few motherboards have any way of displaying POST code values.

Simple EEPROM Programmer
An EEPROM Programmer so simple you must set each address and each byte of data on some switches to program each location in the memory chip. It is a slow process, but you'll be sure to learn the difference between addresses and data.
